I was shocked when they informed me of an irregularity… Upon inspection by a specialist, it was determined I had four tears in my retina… Without their expertise, I may have gone blind in my left eye, [if they had not] insisted I visit Sydney Eye Hospital urgently. Lucy finalized my new glasses with the same care. The service was all it had ever been with Peter.

I've only recently needed glasses and after being taken for a ride at a chain store that basically sold me pretend reading glasses I decided to give Bright Eyes a go and I wasn't disappointed. I took my daughter for the eye test in Bright Eye Optics. We had an excellent experience with Dr Sipple. She was friendly, patient, and explained every step of the eye exam in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Sipple helped her find the perfect prescription and made sure all questions were answered. The front desk staff René did a great job helping my daughter find perfect frame. She was really happy with her new glasses. We left feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend!

They are extremely informative and very knowledgeable.
They have the latest machines, giving very accurate information on the condition of your eyes so I completely trust their judgement.

I've used Bright Eyes twice now. The first time was for a new prescription and frames.
The second was after I dropped and stepped on my new glasses, severely scratching one lense.
The girls supplied and fitted a new lenses in a couple of days.

I was absolutely delighted with the professionalism, efficiency and speed at which the staff handled my prescriptions and glasses, especially as we were so close to Christmas, I was ecstatic to get my sunglasses just before my holiday started. To top that, and even me impressive was how they ordered my 2nd pair of glasses and had them ready for collection in little over a week! I have been going to an optometrist for 15 years and am in awe of the retinal imaging , ultrawide equipment that Quynh and Renee have invested in that has reassured me of no retinal tears , cataracts and floaters . The biggest benefit was no drops required to view the eyes and full screen images . This is state of the art . The service is so genuine and caring and also these lovely ladies bulk - bill too.
