Principal Optometrist
Dr Quynh Sippel is a Therapeutically Endorsed Behavioural Optometrist with over 20 years of experience providing personalised eye care.
A graduate of the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Dr Quynh spent 18 years caring for regional NSW communities and brings a wealth of clinical experience to every consultation. She is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure her patients receive the highest standard of care.
Her areas of expertise include children’s vision, ocular disease management, contact lens fitting, and dry eye therapy.Outside the practice, Dr Quynh is a busy mum of three, embracing the Northern Beaches lifestyle and the vibrant community she is proud to serve.
Dr Thi Nguyen
Optometrist
Dr. Thi is a Therapeutically Endorsed optometrist with over 20 years of experience in eye care. She specialises in children’s vision, myopia management, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases.After graduating from the University of New South Wales, Dr. Thi began her career in regional communities, before moving to city metro practices.Known for her warm, compassionate and kind nature, she takes the time to listen, understand her patient's concerns, and ensure they receive the best possible outcomes.Experience personalised, expert eye care

Renee is a qualified optical dispenser with over six years of experience in the optical industry.
She has a passion for helping people find the perfect eyewear, combining her extensive knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical technology to ensure every client leaves confident and comfortable.
A local Northern Beaches girl, Renee grew up not far from Mona Vale in Cottage Point. Outside of work, she loves playing and coaching netball, hitting the slopes for snowboarding, and going on walks with her dog Revy.

Lucy is an optical dispenser with over five years of experience in the optical industry.
She has a great eye for style and loves helping customers find frames that perfectly suit their personality and look. Her favourite brand in store is Ahlem! Alongside her dispensing expertise, Lucy brings her creativity to Bright Eyes Optics through her work on social media and website design.
Outside of work, she’s a proud mum to two beautiful daughters and a talented baker, even creating the occasional wedding cake!
